I made a booking on 27th July 2023 for 28th July 11am to 30th July 11am on Qeeq. I was looking for a car with a very low deposit amount.
I found a car with zero dollar deposit and I booked it. The price was $177.98 which included $0 excess and no deposit.
I called on 9am 28th July to confirm the address and they said that the deposit will be $500.00. I was shocked and went back to check my booking with Qeeq, it didn’t show any booking fees.
When I contacted Qeeq support, they checked with someone and the manager and told me that I have to pay the deposit. and kept on claiming that I will have to do so. The staff kept talking from the supplier point of view and kept blaming me that I should pay the deposit. (Is it my fault)
I booked on Qeeq with a clear and proper verification before booking. Now it’s my fault??
Now they kept dragging the chat until it got passed the pickup time and blamed me that now it is passed the time for pickup told me to do another booking. I was on the chat with them for 3 hours and they kept dragging and dragging and wasting my time. They even told me to go somewhere else and get a rental.
They said "no deposit, no car" plenty of times
I understand that deposit is required and you have to mentioned that while I am booking. If it was mentioned $500.00 I would have booked one car with $200.00 Deposit.

Stay away from Qeeq like the plague
I have rented many cars from many agencies in my life and none have come close to the experience I had with Qeeq. They rented me a car via Dollar Car Rental from JFK airport in New York City. Qeeq don't take responsibility if you don't get a car
Qeeq is great if you’re looking for a company to just donate money to. If you’re looking to get rid of your money, then they will gladly take it off your hands. Just as long as you don’t expect them to actually take responsibility if something goes wrong.

DIAMOND NO VALE PARA NADA, MANIPULAN
Cuando buscas una reserva ponen un precio muy bueno si te haces DIAMOND, cuando te haces (cuesta aprox 75€) los precios cambian siendo mucho mas caros. Me ha pasado con todo tipo de reservas.
